HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — Harrisburg Mayoral candidate Dan Miller called for a pause on the city's "flawed" trash bill forgiveness program on Monday.
According to Miller, the city mailed 541 letters to residents with delinquent trash accounts last week, offering them an opportunity to erase their balances, $1.5 million in unpaid fees in total, if the recipients signed and returned their forms by August 26.
