COLLEGE PARK, Md. — A new season and a new schedule isn't the only thing that University of Maryland football will be tackling this fall. The Terps also tackle a new gameday experience for fans.

The Themes Stay the Same

As the program goes through changes, like welcoming quarterback Malik Washington from Archbishop Spalding, one thing will remain the same: the themes for each game. This Saturday, Aug. 30, College Park will welcome Florida Atlantic University for their season and home opener. The theme will be Prince George's County Homecoming Day.

Other themes will include :

Sept. 5 - Sundown Showdown v. Northern Illinois.

Sep. 13 - Young Terps v. Towson

Oct. 4 - Family Weekend and Mental Health Awareness v. Washington

Oct. 1 - Homecoming v. Indiana

Oct. 11 - Oktoberfest v.
