A motorcyclist was killed in a head-on crash with a truck in Sussex County Aug. 23, authorities said.

Ishavpreet Singh, 36, of Guttenberg, was traveling south on Route 23 in Wantage when he crossed into the northbound lane around 8:14 p.m., said State Police Trooper Christopher Postorino. His motorcycle collided with a Ford pickup truck traveling north in the area of mile post 47.9.

Singh died from injuries in the crash, while the driver and passenger of the truck sustained minor injuries, Postorino said.

The crash remained under investigation as of Aug. 25.
