COLUMBIA, Miss. (WDAM) - Laroncus Conerly was arrested Saturday after reports of shots being fired into a residence on Broadmoor Avenue.

The shooting occurred around 6:10 p.m., and Conerly was taken into custody within two minutes of police arriving on the scene.

According to the Columbia Police Department, no one was injured in the shooting.

Laroncus Conerly is charged with three counts of aggravated assault and one count of possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.

More charges could be coming, according to CPD. Conerly will likely have his first appearance on Monday.
