GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - A police chase in Gwinnett County ended in a crash and two arrests Monday morning, according to the Georgia State Patrol.

What we know:

Around 10:54 a.m., Suwanee police requested assistance from state troopers after spotting a stolen Mercedes S550 going south on Interstate 85 near Sugarloaf Parkway, according to GSP. Officials said the car had been reported stolen in Hall County, and the two people inside had just committed an armed robbery.

Before troopers arrived, they said Suwanee police performed a PIT maneuver on the car near Sugarloaf Parkway. The Mercedes spun, hit a guardrail, then re-entered the interstate before hitting a concrete barrier, according to troopers.
