A growing number of Clark County residents have a subprime credit score of 660 or less, according to the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, which tracks the data via Equifax, an American credit bureau company.

Approximately 30.1 percent of county residents have a subprime ranking as of the second quarter of 2025, a percentage that has been rising steadily since the third quarter of 2021 when 27.7 percent of the county had a subprime score, according to the Federal Reserve report. This is the highest number of county residents with a bad credit rating since the first quarter of 2022 when 31.6 percent of residents had a subprime score.
