WARREN, Texas — A 46-year-old Warren man remains at large after leading Tyler County deputies on two separate vehicle pursuits over two days, including a high-speed chase that ended in a crash and the theft of an all-terrain vehicle, authorities said.

Brian Benton is wanted on two felony charges of evading arrest with a motor vehicle and one felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle following incidents Saturday and Sunday in the Warren area.

The first pursuit began Saturday morning, August 23, 2025, at about 8:30 a.m. when Tyler County deputies patrolling the Warren area attempted to stop a Kia Soul on Highway 69 south of Warren for a traffic violation.
