GREENBRIER COUNTY, WV (WVNS) -- A woman was charged after she allegedly embezzled money from a business in Greenbrier County.

According to a criminal complaint, Jenny Mae Sizemore was charged with one count of Embezzlement, 14 counts of Fraudulent Use of Credit Card, and seven counts of Uttering Fraudulent Checks.

The criminal complaint stated that a member of the Lewisburg Detachment of the West Virginia State Police received a complaint on July 18, 2025 from Timothy Pence, a chiropractor and owner/operator at Greenbrier Chiropractic Center in the Lewisburg area of Greenbrier County, regarding fraudulent use of his bank accounts.
