Emergency crews responded Monday afternoon to a fire at a Recology San Francisco building.

The one-alarm blaze was reported at 11:52 a.m. at 501 Tunnel Avenue in Brisbane. When firefighters arrived on scene, employees directed them to a metal debris pile within the construction recycling area of Recology, according to the San Francisco Fire Department.

Crews remained on scene to continue putting out hot spots.
