"Old Town Road" singer Lil Nas X was arraigned on four felony charges after last week's incident involving police in California.

The singer and rapper (real name Montero Lamar Hill) was hospitalized , then arrested on Ventura Blvd. in Los Angeles on Thursday morning (Aug. 21).

He was allegedly naked when police approached him. The charges suggest he did not go peacefully.

TMZ now reports that he's been charged with four felonies, including three counts of battery with injury to a police officer and one count of resisting an executive officer. These charges were added after his initial arrest, which was for misdemeanor obstructing an officer charges.

On Monday afternoon (Aug. 25), he pleaded not guilty. Bail was set at $75,000.
