SARATOGA SPRINGS - A 22-year-old Burnt Hills man is facing multiple rape felony counts after allegedly engaging in sexual contact with a victim under the age of 15, authorities say.

Damon Brooks is accused of engaging in sexual contact with the victim in two different locations on the west side of Saratoga Springs between Nov. 29 and Dec. 4, 2024 according to allegations filed in court. Brooks was 21 at the time.
