Honolulu police have arrested two men who allegedly fired gunshots in Mokuleia on Sunday night.
The Honolulu Police Department said that at about 11:15 p.m., officers responded to reports of gunshots in Mokuleia and stopped a vehicle at the end of Farrington Highway.
Police said a firearm was observed inside the vehicle. Additionally, witnesses identified the two 19-year-old men as the individuals who allegedly fired the shots.
Both were arrested without incident for the violation of the “place to keep pistol” law, and are in custody pending an investigation.
No injuries were reported.
