OWENSBORO, Ky. (WEVV) — TS Entertainment LLC and Malibu Jack’s have announced a major project to transform part of the former Towne Square Mall on South Frederica Street into a large indoor entertainment center.

The project, spanning 109,000 square feet, will include go-karts, laser tag, mini golf, arcade games, and dining options. It will be one of the largest Malibu Jack’s locations.

“We believe in the potential of Owensboro and are confident that Malibu Jack’s Owensboro will become a premier entertainment destination,” said Tony Yager of TS Entertainment LLC.

The project has received $2 million in tax incentives under the Kentucky Tourism Development Act. It is expected to create 75 full-time and 50 part-time jobs.
