The FOX 8 I-Team has found the city of Cleveland wants a judge to make a ruling right now.
Attorneys for the City of Cleveland filed a motion Friday in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court asking a judge for a partial summary judgment. The motion states the Browns have violated the Modell law by planning to move to Brook Park.
“By separate motion, the City has shown how the Browns have breached, and are continuing to breach, the parties’ lease agreement—properly leading to summary judgment on Count Two.
