(WJW) -- This evening will feature partly to mostly cloudy skies with hit or miss passing showers (not everyone will see them). Temperatures will be cooler and comfy, in the 60s, along with breezy conditions.
The cooler air moving over the relatively warm lake along a cold front will trigger scattered lake effect rain showers this evening through tonight. Watch out for a quick burst of moderate to heavy rain. The highest coverage of rain will likely be across the primary snowbelt. The coverage of rain will be very spotty outside of the snowbelt.
The potential for scattered rain showers will continue tonight. Temperatures will tumble into the 50s across Northeast Ohio by Tuesday morning. A few spots could briefly drop into the upper 40s.
Tuesday will likely be the coolest day this week.
