Holidaymakers flocking to a beloved seaside destination have been cautioned to exercise "extreme caution" amid towering waves, amplified this week by the remnants of ex-Hurricane Erin.
Visitors have been advised to remain vigilant at Rest Bay in Porthcawl, Wales, after concerns over colossal 3m waves. Volunteer lifeguards emphasised that "large dumping waves have knocked people over", resulting in inju
