ZEBULON, N.C. (WTVD) -- A Zebulon man was frustrated over attempted appliance repairs, which he said left him with the same problem despite several repairs. Leon Clark said, "It kept giving us error codes."

Codes Clark said meant his stove didn't work. For the first repair, it was still under the manufacturer's warranty, and a technician came out to fix it.

"They sent a technician out, and they replaced a part, and then they say it's good."

A few weeks later, Clark says the stove went out again. He said by then the manufacturer's warranty was up, and said he was told to use the extended warranty now when he bought the stove at Lowe's.

"The technician came in, 'Oh, yeah, this is a problem.' They put that part on. They didn't put the other part on, and it lasted two weeks," Clark adds.
