WILLIAMSPORT — The man accused of threatening a mass casualty event at the Little League World Series has been made eligible for release from jail with conditions.

Lycoming County District Judge Gary Whiteman accepted the accord reached Monday by District Attorney Thomas A. Marino and first assistant public defender Jeana Longe about Isaiah Bivens Randall, 20, of Williamsport.
