Three suspects are in custody after stealing approximately $50,000 worth of copper wire near Hoquiam, the Grays Harbor Sheriff’s Office (GHSO) announced .

Deputies began an investigation on Aug. 16 after a Public Utility District report indicated the copper wire had been stolen.
