The Los Angeles Rams released edge rusher Brennan Jackson on Monday, one day before final cuts are due. The 2024 fifth round pick out of Washington State had the second-most sacks of any player in the preseason but has been the most disappointing prospect from last year’s class.
Jackson appeared in seven games as a rookie in 2024, finishing with three tackles and one batted pass.
Last year’s draft class has been mostly a success so far with picks like Jared Verse, Braden Fiske, Kamren Kinchens, Josh Karty, and Beaux Limmer, but not all are guaranteed a spot on 2025’s roster.
