LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A boil water advisory has been issued for parts of Henry County.

According to the City of Eminence, a water main broke on South Main Street near the Prewitts Funeral Home.

They city urges customers to boil water until further notice.

What does this mean?

Boil all water used for drinking, food prep, bathing and brushing teeth.

Customers should boil their water for at least three minutes.

Do not use chilled water lines on refrigerators or use ice from automatic ice machines.
