LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — As children develop their skills, parents may notice their kids are learning at a different pace than their peers.

It may be worry some, but there is a program within CCSD that helps them get on track. The Child Find Program within Clark County School District evaluates 4,000 students a year who are getting ready to take on preschool the following year.

FOX5 spoke to mom Bianca Rubio about her experience enrolling her 4-year-old son Adriel into the program.

“Around 18 months his pediatrician and I spoke about the red flags,” Rubio said.

Rubio said those red flags consisted of her son not wanting to eat certain food and was having a hard time starting to speak.

“We really paid attention to what I saw at home, that’s why we got a neuro psych evaluation,” Rubio sai
