Travs ownership group makes pitch to North Little Rock City Council about goals for a new operating agreement

A representative of the company that owns the Arkansas Travelers gave a brief presentation to the North Little Rock City Council on Monday laying out its goals for the team and Dickey-Stephens Park should a new lease be agreed to.
