House of the Dragon season 3 is in production now, and star Olivia Cooke gives an update on when filming of the new episodes wraps. The Game of Thrones spinoff executive-produced by Ryan Condal premiered on HBO in 2022 and became a ratings success. House of the Dragon season 2 premiered in 2024 and the series was quickly renewed for season 3.

During Liam Crowley of ScreenRant’ s interview with Olivia Cooke for Prime Video’s The Girlfriend, the House of the Dragon star, who portrays Queen Alicent Hightower, offered an update on when filming of season 3 wraps. Cooke called House of the Dragon season 3 "massive," and teased the "practical, huge stunt work" coming in the new episodes. Read Olivia's quote below:
