The Seahawks were back on the practice field for the first time since their preseason finale in Green Bay, and for the last time with 90-man roster ahead of Tuesday's deadline to reduce the roster to 53 players.
And among those suited up for practice were outside linebacker Uchenna Nwosu and linebacker Tyrice Knight, who are both working their way back from absences.
Nwosu, who opened camp on the physically unable to perform list, the result of offseason knee surgery, isn't practicing fully yet, but is making positive steps in the process, Seahawks coach Mike Macdonald said.
