MEDINA, Ohio – A parking agreement between the city and Medina Supply that has been in place for two years is set to be extended along with plans for some community artwork and a pocket park on the property.
Community Development Director Andrew Dutton said the city first entered into the agreement with Medina Supply in 2023.
“Under the agreement, Medina Supply would offer parking in their lot north of the tracks on South Broadway Street,” Dutton said. “That two-year agreement is set to expire soon. We have added fencing, lighting and signage to the lot and it has been successful in providing parking in South Town for events, for employee parking and just general parking.”
