CINCINNATI (WXIX) - One of the Downtown beating victims who is now charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct is set to make his first court appearance in the case on Tuesday.

Alex Tchervinski, 45, is the only victim and White person charged in what Cincinnati police and Hamilton County prosecutors say was a violent attack at Fourth and Elm streets early July 26.

Tchervinski can be seen slapping one of the perpetrators in one of the many viral videos.

Other videos show him being violently attacked over and over.

He was punched, kicked, stomped and body slammed by a swarm of suspects, the videos show.

Tchervinski told FOX19 NOW he was hit in his head 28 times and robbed.
