HOUSTON (KIAH) — According to the National Weather Service (NWS), Houston residents will experience 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 3 p.m. today.

NOTE: It will be mostly sunny with a high temperature near 95 degrees. Heat index values are as high as 102 for today.

Tonight will also have a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1 a.m. It will be partly cloudy this evening with low temperatures around 78 degrees.
