Q. If there’s free parking at the fair, why are fair-goers parking at M&W Markets? It takes parking away from the patrons of the market.
A. “We’ve never had a shortage of parking,” said Lydia Buffington, Twin Falls County Fair general manager. “People park elsewhere because they think they can get out sooner. But with our stoplights and traffic signs, now our flow of traffic has gotten a lot better. One of the improvements we made last year was to get the flow of traffic out of the grounds after shows more efficient.”
Buffington said the stoplights “are people movers.”
