Porn star Kylie Page died of an accidental overdose from a cocktail of cocaine and fentanyl just days after she celebrated a sobriety milestone, authorities in California have ruled.

The 28-year-old adult actress — who also appeared in a Netflix mini-series about the porn industry — died at her home in Los Angeles County on June 25, just five days after she marked being 60 days sober.

An autopsy showed she died from an overdose of fentanyl and cocaine, according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner , which ruled it an accidental death. 4

Law enforcement had been called to Page’s home after a worried friend asked for a welfare check.
