Doja Cat , Jelly Roll, Post Malone, Tate McRae and Conan Gray have been added to the lineup of artists performing at the 2025 MTV VMAs, hosted by LL Cool J, airing live from New York’s UBS Arena on Sunday, Sept. 7 at 8 p.m. ET/ 5 p.m. PT, for the first time on the CBS Television Network. It will be simulcast on MTV and streaming on Paramount+ in the U.S.

They join a lineup that includes previously announced performers Sabrina Carpenter, Ricky Martin (who will receive the VMAs ’ first-ever Latin Icon Award), Busta Rhymes, J Balvin with DJ Snake, Alex Warren, Sombr and Mariah Carey, who will be the 2025 recipient of the Video Vanguard Award.

Nominations for this year’s “VMAs” Social Categories, Best Group and Song of The Summer, will be revealed on Friday, Aug. 29.
