GROVE CITY, Pa. - A Grove City teenager is facing multiple charges after a chase that ended when the teen, who allegedly had fifteen empty hard seltzer cans in his car, crashed into a front yard.
Jack Porter Wagner, 18, is charged with a total of nine offenses, including fleeing and attempting to elude police, driving under the influence, reckless driving, and failure to stop at red lights and a stop sign.
According to an affidavit, a Grove City police officer on patrol saw a white Kia sedan run a stop sign at the intersection of Erie Street and South Center Street at about 11:45 p.m. Monday. The officer tried to pull the car over, but the vehicle sped away.
