LANSING – The Cannabis Regulatory Agency has permanently excluded Sherri Overfield from being employed by – or working in any capacity – at or for a licensed Michigan marijuana business or being a supplemental applicant of any medical or adult-use marijuana business in Michigan.

On July 30, 2025, the CRA issued a consent order and stipulation , resolving the formal complaint that had been issued on January 22, 2025, against the medical marijuana class A grower license of Lance Creek Resources dba Divine Cannabis Company (Lance Creek).

Lance Creek and Overfield are permanently prohibited from applying for or otherwise seeking any new marijuana business license in the State of Michigan; exercising managerial control over such a business; or otherwise meeting the criteria to be deeme
