Several stars from The Conjuring: Last Rites have spoken out about the Annabelle doll following paranormal investigator Dan Rivera's sudden death.

Annabelle, featured prominently in The Conjuring films , is said to be possessed by a demonic entity , and Rivera was one of her handlers.

The Context

Rivera died on July 13 in a Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, hotel room, the New England Society for Psychic Research (NESPR) confirmed. One day prior to his death, he hosted a showing of Annabelle during the popular "Devils on the Run Tour."

Adams County coroner Francis Dutrow said Annabelle was not at the scene of Rivera's death.
