Oregonians have a chance to win an estimated $815 million if they hit the Powerball jackpot .

The top prize has continued to rise since June and is the highest it’s been since a Portland couple and their Milwaukie friend won $1.3 billion in April 2024. Since then, Oregon Lottery officials said winning jackpots have all been under $700 million.

A Beaverton man won one of the four jackpots this year, claiming a $328 million prize in January.

Oregon Lottery officials say they’re excited about the prospect of one of their players winning the $815 million jackpot in Wednesday’s drawing.

“A win of this size can have a significant ripple effect,” said Heidi Quiring, Oregon Lottery’s manager of player services, in a press release.
