Where good news shines
The Denver Pioneers soccer program is ranked No. 6 in the country.
Coming off a 2-0 win over the University of Washington on Thursday and a 2-1 loss to No. 3 Stanford on Sunday, the Pios were sixth in the Top Drawer Soccer Poll on Monday.
Denver has four games remaining against nationally ranked teams: No. 4 Pittsburgh (Oct. 14), No. 11 Virginia (Oct. 19), No. 15 Kansas City (Sept. 27) and No. 25 San Diego (Thursday). The San Diego-Denver game will be broadcast on Summit League Network.
