BRANSON, Mo. (KY3) - The Occupational Safety and Health Administration opened an investigation into a deadly water main break in Branson.
The break occurred on Thursday, August 21, on Main Street, near Branson Landing. Construction crews from Emery Sapp and Sons had shut down a part of the area while working on the Branson Streetscape Project. The construction crews hit the water line.
Jacob Frank Seiler, III, died. Another worker suffered injuries in the incident.
An OSHA representative said the investigation could take up to six months.
The visitation for Jacob Frank Seiler, III, will be held on Wednesday at the Stumpff Funeral Chapel in Kimberling City. A funeral service will happen on Thursday.
