JONESBORO, Ark. – A series of federal warrants led to the arrest of 10 people in northeast Arkansas on Tuesday morning.
Officials with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Arkansas said authorities are searching for one additional person named in the warrants. An additional five defendants are already in custody. The defendants are scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday.
The arrests stem from an Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force investigation that began in 2024, targeting multi-pound dealers in northeast Arkansas, officials said. The defendants listed in the indictments are from Jonesboro, Blytheville, Osceola, Luxora, Manilla and Trumann.
