Geddes, N.Y. — Fairgoers can expect plenty of sunshine and pleasant weather at the New York State Fair on Wednesday.

Temperatures will reach about 69 degrees under clear skies, according to the National Weather Service.

With rain in the forecast for other days this week, Wednesday offers a good opportunity to enjoy rides, food and entertainment at the fair without getting wet.

In the late evening, temperatures will dip into the low 50s, so visitors may want to bring a light sweatshirt to stay comfortable.

Wednesday marks Day 8 of the 2025 fair. The fair runs through Labor Day.
