After the couple announced their engagement Aug. 26 , the date of Swift's appearance on "New Heights" Aug. 13 became even more significant, as it occurred exactly 13 days before. The significance? Well, as even the most casual fan of Swift would know, her favorite number is, of course, 13.

What’s more, Swift, 35, made a point to draw attention to her interest in numerology during her recent interview with her then-boyfriend of two years and his brother Jason Kelce .

“I love numerology,” she said at the time. “I love math stuff, I love dates. That stuff I find really fun.”
