OLYMPIC medalist Ryan Lochte was served with eviction papers after his landlord claimed he "refused" to pay rent on his Florida bachelor pad amid his divorce from Kayla Rae Reid.

The U.S. Sun exclusively obtained the eviction notice that was served at the Olympic gold medalist's rental home on August 21.

According to the landlord's complaint, August 1st came and went without Lochte's rent payment.

"Plaintiff served Defendant with a written notice on August 13, 2025, to pay rent or deliver possession," the document stated.

"Defendant has refused to pay the rent or to deliver possession of the dwelling unit to the Plaintiff."

Lochte , 41, rented the four-bedroom, three-bedroom property in March of this year, just as Kayla filed for divorce.
