CHARLOTTE, N.C. – We’re learning more information after two parents were arrested on the first day of school for CMS after bringing weapons on campus at Palisades High School. Arrest records show 38-year-old Regina Mungin carried a gun on campus, and officers say they later found another one in her car. 43-year-old Miquel Williams is accused of carrying a pocket knife on campus.
