Richie Parsons has high aspirations for his company’s new Frederick co-working space opening in Frederick.

“We try to be the Ritz-Carlton of flex office space,” said Parsons, the franchise owner who operates the 20,000-square-foot Venture X facility at 7100 Guilford Drive with his wife, Charissa Parsons.
