HOUSTON (KIAH) — Overnight, Houston experienced showers and thunderstorms, according to the National Weather Service (NWS). It was mostly cloudy with low temperatures around 78.

Today will be a higher chance of showers and thunderstorms. According to NWS, residents could experience a 50 percent chance of rain. It will be partly sunny with high temperatures around 91 degrees.

NOTE: New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch with high amounts possible in thunderstorms.

Tonight will see a 10 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms before 7 p.m. It will be partly cloudy, with low temps around 78 degrees.
