“Life with sinus issues was very unbearable.I would have to constantly blow my nose. There always needs to be tissues around—a box of tissues.”

Nikki Luccese never knew a day without congestion. Breathing clearly was never normal.

“There would be like puffiness in my face. In some cases I couldn’t even speak ’cause there would be so much mucus behind my throat and in my nasal area,” Nikki said.

In 2018, doctors discovered Nikki had a deviated septum—a displacement of the bone between her nostrils.
