More details have emerged on what a new mini housing development will look like in Nuneaton . The borough council gave the go-ahead for the 30 home new estate on Trent Road in the village.

Locals had dubbed the plan 'no sense' and more than 80 of them signed objections but the borough council still approved the homes being built on Warwickshire County Council owned land last year. But the approval came with some planning conditions.

This included extra details on the appearance, landscaping, layout and scale of the development. Now a new application, containing these details, has been submitted to the Town Hall.
