Chelsea are prepared to sanction a loan with an obligation to buy for Nicolas Jackson should a permanent transfer fail to be agreed, talkSPORT understands.

The Blues have informed interested clubs a £10million loan fee is required.

German giants Bayern Munich are one of the front-runners for Jackson's signature but face competition from the likes of Aston Villa , Newcastle and AC Milan.

Jackson has fallen down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge following the summer signings of Joao Pedro and Liam Delap, who have both enjoyed starts in Chelsea's opening two Premier League fixtures.

Unfortunately for Jackson, Pedro and Delap's arrival has meant he wasn't included in the matchday squad for either fixture.
