Rumors of a trade to send between the Minnesota Vikings and Carolina Panthers for veteran wide receiver Adam Thielen have been swirling since last week, and on Wednesday the rumors became reality .

The Panthers agreed to send the 35 year old (who is set to be a free agent at the end of the season) back to the team he made his NFL name with from 2014-22. The Vikings were in the market for a wide receiver with Justin Jefferson dealing with a hamstring issue and Jordan Addison suspended for the first three games of the season.
