CHESTER, S.C. (WBTV) - A mother and son were arrested after a person was hospitalized in a Chester County shooting on Monday, according to deputies .

Records showed 19-year-old Jomarrion Pollock and 34-year-old Ericka Pollock Thomas were jailed and face multiple charges. A list of the charges they’re facing can be found at the bottom of this article.

What happened

The shooting reportedly happened around 5:25 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 25, along Flint Street near the Ramsey Grove Apartments in Chester.

Deputies said when they arrived, they found one person had been shot. That victim was rushed to the hospital for further treatment.

After an investigation, sheriff’s investigators identified Pollock and Thomas as suspects, found the duo, and apprehended them.
