Keegan Bradley has revealed that he will not become a playing captain for USA at the 2025 Ryder Cup .
Since being the surprise pick to skipper the US team for the upcoming event at Bethpage Black, speculation has persisted that Bradley could select himself after an outstanding run of form in 2025.
As well as winning the Travelers Championship, Bradley has another three top-10 finishes in his last nine starts and now sits in seventh place in the World Golf Rankings.
However, rather than become the first playing captain since Arnold Palmer in 1963, Bradley left himself out of the aptly-named six captains picks at a press conference on Wednesday.
Justin Thomas, Collin Morikawa, Ben Griffin, Cameron Young, Patrick Cantlay and Sam Burns have instead been selected by the 39-year-old.
